Experience-Based Pathway
- Target Group: For individuals with informal, on-the-job experience or self-taught skills lacking formal proof.
- Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must provide a self-assessment report outlining their skills and experience, references from employers or colleagues vouching for their expertise, and proof of at least 1 year of professional experience or 6 months of self-learning.
- Process: A detailed evaluation involving a self-assessment review, reference verification, and a structured skills interview to confirm the candidate’s practical and theoretical proficiency.
